Dornaz helped me get my yearly travel insurance today. She was a joy to speak with, and so very professional. The whole experience was fast, efficient and stress free. She gave me some options and answered all my questions to try to get the right policy for myself and my husband.She even sent me my policy before we were done on the phone together. I am hoping to never need to use this insurance, but if I do, I hope that I get to deal with someone as kind and knowledgeable as Dornaz.

The quote was by far the most reasonable we found by a company with an excellent online rating. Both the agents I spoke with, Mariam in ON and Eric in NS were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to understand. I thank them both for their excellent customer service and we would not hesitate to use this company again. Our trip is in the future so I cannot comment on what it might be like to submit a claim and hopefully that is not going to be necessary in any case.
